Nicholas Long is from Sutton, West Virginia. Nick is a WV Certified Residential Appraiser and also a WV Real Estate Broker. He has a vast amount of real estate appraisal experience, real estate sales experience, and has expert knowledge of the local real estate markets. Starting out as one of the youngest licensed appraisers in WV history, some of his professional experiences include: being a Nationwide Review Appraiser with experience in nearly all 50 states, current SAR certification (Staff Appraisal Reviewer) from the Department of Veterans Affairs, FHA Appraiser Roster, Certified Residential Appraiser License, & Real Estate Broker License. He has been mostly self-employed as a Real Estate Appraiser & Real Estate Broker with over 11 years of Real Estate & Business experience. Proficient Appraisal Services LLC has been utilized by many clients and customers throughout the United States.
